XXXI. Károly Széchy Memorial Lecture invitation

The Geotechnical Section of the Chamber of Engineers, the Hungarian Geotechnical Society, and the Technical Sciences Section of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences are jointly organizing the 31st Károly Széchy Memorial Conference, which will be held at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences on February 13, 2026, starting at 2 p.m. As part of the geotechnical field’s traditional annual memorial conference, this year’s event will feature high-quality presentations by renowned international and Hungarian experts: This year’s annual memorial conference in the field of geotechnical engineering will once again feature high-quality presentations by renowned international and Hungarian experts:

In keeping with tradition, the memorial meeting will be followed by the XXXIV. Geotechnical Dinner, which will take place at the MTA Academic Club, starting at 6 p.m. Participation in the events is subject to registration, which will be possible from the beginning of January 2026.
